This always happens for all methodologies, except for customer-facing, user-test-driven development.

and then it still happens. It's due to human nature, you just can't always understand what the other is saying, because we're dealing with things that are potentially very difficult to communicate.

Yes, but in that case you go through the whole cycle described in these pictures in 2 days and not in 2 months so you can sigh and start it all over
