Hi. We are using Navision 4.0 SP1. We have downloaded the Russian client and our customer has acquired a license for using Russian as a language (LICENSE NUMBER: RU-ZA-XXX-XXXXX-X), but when we open the Cronus database included with the Russian client we can see the text in English but we can't see the text in Russian. We have tested the application with an English and an Spanish OS and we have get the same results. Does anybody, specially anyone in Russia jeje, know if we should do something else?

Thanks,

    In C:\Program Files\Microsoft Business Solutions-Navision\Client

check how many languages are installed.

Each language is a folder. English US is ENU.

Try to put a NSC licence in the client with RUS installation. If the client is installed and allows the RUS language the problem is from license.

I think that even the license has RU-ZA-XXX, don’t mean that the RUS language is installed, it might be a problem with the license.

    Thanks.
I try to put NSC Licence in the client installation, but don't run. I change from English to Russian language, but don't see russian navision, I see wrong characters.

You need to change in Regional and Language options -> Language for non unicode programs - Russian.
Then restart your computer and \:D/ Russian language characters must be ok.
