Nav 5.0 to be first Microsoft ERP product supported on vista

So, what does this mean for Navision, does it require Vista on the client or the server or neither?

Also, interesting for axtapa, they are clearly moving the tools to visual studio.

    I seriously doubt that it will require Vista. If it is supported on Vista at all it wil be barely, well I guess they don't have much of a choice with the release dates of Vista and NAV 5 so close together. The move to Visual Studio for the new AX version was news to me, that will be interesting.

    I am new to ERP and working on Navision 4.0SP1

    I really am confused seeing the article. Howmuch is the ERP gonna change.
    I dont get what will be the implications of changing to Windows Vista. :?:

    Vista is just another OS, so the GUI will be shown differently, just like the difference between xp and 2000.
    Navision 5.1 will be different, and future version will have additional changes. Eventually all the 4 erp products have to move to one code base and Dynamics Nav will be not be what we know it today.
