Error while installing TeamServer

I'm trying to setup Dynamics Team Server but always get stuck at the point where the user group for the Dynamics AX Team Server has to be specified. I got the error message "The network path was not found".
I have created user groups on the machine where I want to install it and
also on my database server and added users as stated in the documentation.
But nothing helps ...
Does anyone have any experience with this?
Any help will be very much appreciated !!
