Stuck on assigning serial numbers

Hi,
We have implemented Navision 4.0 SP1 on Sqlserver 2000 at a client. All the users have to connect to Windows terminal server to access navision. The problem im getting is that when i do item tracking lines on Item journal or Purchase or Sales, the quantity i specified on the above forms is not the same as the quantity that appears on the Item Tracking Lines form. What appears is a number that has been previously used by the same user for a recently posted transaction on the same item. I tried to debug and when i popped up a message to display quantity from Item Tracking Lines form it was surprisingly the same as on my purchase document. The quantity appearing on the item tracking lines does not seem to refresh properly. I havent found any posted documents for this issue even on Microsoft partner source.
But when i recompile the Item Tracking Lines Form the quantities appeared correctly as the quantity on my purchase document. But this is not a solution.
In a client/server enviromnment, it works perfectly.

Have you done any modificationn to the form? Have you tried to add code to clear the form before openning it?

I never heard of such thing, see if you can replicate it in sp2. Otherwise contact Microsoft.
