Request form for dataports

I can't be the only one to suffer this, so there must be a workaround / solution....

I wanted to put a text box on a dataport request form to allow the user to add a date.

However once i put anything on the form the default import / export and filename box disappears...

How can i do both ??

Have you try this ?

put 2 text box on your request form :
- the first with Id=1 will be the FileName (ID 1 makes the filename box)
- the 2nd will be the Date input box
