linking 2 parts

I have the following problem

I have a header-line webpart (header=Salesperson,Line=Contact)
In the lines I have a button to call another header-Line webpart. (Header = contact-business relation, Line = Contact)
I put in the correct filters for the action.
The problem is that when the second webpart is called the filters are ignored. The first record is allways showed.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
Or maybe there is another solution?
I just want a list of contacts (companys), filtered by salesperson. In the list I want a button to see a l(modifyable) list of the contacts (person) of the selected contact.
Sounds easy, But I'm allready struggling with it for 3 days.
