Can anyone help in this rather difficult situation. My NSC has resently installed the CRM service Management in one of our clients system. It's all going very well and according to plan exept that when we want to make a creditmemo in the system. I want the service contract to reflect that as the company wants to see the profits on each contract. I haven't seen a way to do this yet.
Anyone?
