Any 1 know which website give the free tutorial?

You can ask mbs-cert@microsoft.com or partnersource. There are a lot of stuffs that can be downloaded from there. You ask mbs-cert about e-learning of navision.
Other way, just use this forum and search webcast from dowload section and use search the forum to find topic you want to know. Manual files of modules are also good for learning.
