Error to Create Invoice

hi all

i have created a new company using demo database. i have done the following steps.

1. create new company (using demo database)
2. then i create chart of account.
3. then i create only customer posting group. i have not created VAT posting group or and product posting groups bcz i have no VAT and Item for sell

now i'm creating invoice using Invoice option it will give
"Company Information Primary Key" error

can anybody help me for this

Did you entered some info in your Company Information, General Ledger Setup, Sales & Receivables Setup, Accounting Periods?
