I need to put in code so that it automatically chooses the profile.
Right now they have to keep choosing the Profile.
Does anyone know of a way to do this?

The only way I know, is by defining in Outlook which profile is the default profile used at start-up of outlook. If you do that, you don't get the question anymore.
