Has anyone had any problems with using MS Word as Outlooks email editor, and creating interaction templates through the CRM module?
What is happening to me, is that which ever program opens MS Word first, gets to use it, and if I try to access MS Word with the other program I get an error that MS Word cannot be accessed.
I know an easy resolution is to not use MS Word as our email editor, but this is company wide policy, and that would be a real pain in the ass to change that policy.
Any suggestions?
BTW, we are using Navision 3.10.
