Code type fields report errors on Nav 4.0 SP2

Hi,

I converted the database from Navision 3.6 to Navision 4.0 SP2 opening the 3.6 databse with 4.0 client.

Even the convertion procedure succeded some entry table cannot open. The error reported is related to code type fields and is saying that the code fields contain a value that cannot be user with MBS ....

The two databases have same collation type and the database tests and object compilation are ok.

Have someone encountered this type of error ?

    If you are on SQL then it is possible that someone has entered lowecase data directly into a field that Navision is expecting to be a code (UPPERCASE).

    If this is the case you will need to correct the data via SQL.
