Dear All,
In page 89 (Ch. 4: Serv. Orders) of service management manual file, there is an explanation about creating service ordr that can be done within 3 ways, one of them is "automatically by the program at the time intervals defined in the service contracts". this statement is confusing me, I
search in navision how to do this and beforehand set service period and awaiting. But I await like awaiting a wind. Nothing happened. Could you let me know how to create service order automatically from service contract.? I apreciate your answer so much. tku

Rgds,
Mark

There is probably a routine you need to run under periodic activity. In navision nothing runs automatically. Somebody has to click stuff or you have to setup NAS to run some codeunit.

    Dear Ara3n,
I am also wondering how to create service order from service contract using periodic activity create contract service order if I have created one service order from one service contract, then create new service order, there is no service order created after run it. Is it only one service order
for one service contract and then use service invoice line to posting the registered spare part, resource hour and cost..? then create new invoice lines if there are some new service orders requested by customer..? I tku for your answer.
