Missing PO Lines when Printed

Has anyone experienced missing entire lines from Purchase Orders when printing (though there when previewed) from a Navision server through Remote Desktop Connection? It's weird, one location is always missing random lines, and where I am, it's only the non-laser printers that seem to be affected. We had a similar issue with a local TCP/IP server, but changing printers seems to have gotten rid of the problem. Thanks in advance for any tips! \:D/

We changed servers (with the same database, mind you), and the problem persists. I kind of think it has something to do with the fonts used by each client: when a slightly thinner one prints, lines are missing. And always the same lines, from one HP LaserJet to another. The standard, "fatter"—my apologies for the politically incorrect terminology—font prints complete. Seems Helvetica isn't used when printed from Navision installed on Asian Windows. Is there a way to change whatever is being defaulted?

Yes, in the Font property of each control. No central way to change it I think, unless you delete the Helvetica font from Windows and rename some other font to it but it might be a dangerous idea :D

I changed my non-Unicode language from English (United Stated) to Chinese (Taiwan) on the Advanced tab in Regional and Language Options, and lo & behold, my Helvetica (Arial) becomes the skinnier, darker font with the slash-like comma and I'm missing the same lines on the same PO. I change it back to English, and the PO is complete again. Of course, now any information entered in Chinese is gibberish. Hello, Microsoft? How about some Unicode support for your product line?
