ActiveX error while running Integration Manager

I've just started getting this error while running a purchase order integration in Great Plains 8.0 (with Integration Manager):
The destination could not be initialized due to the following problem: ActiveX component can't create object
I've run this integration daily for over a year without any problem. I get the same error if I try to run it on the Server (Windows server 2003) or a client (XP Pro). I tried re-installing Great Plains and Integration Manager with no luck. I have four other integrations that I run daily without any problems. Thanks for the help.
