Running an RDL Report within Navision

Dear all,
Currently we have for a customer Reports (mad in VS-Reportingservices) available through a webpage.
Is it possible to create a direct link (With forwarding of Parameters) with that RDL Report?
I know that this will be in Dynamics NAV Version 5 but can it be done now in 4.0 or 3.7

Thanks but how to transmit some parameters int the [-o< Report direct ?
