    Dear huanpt
It could have been that the order date you are giving is before the current financial year i mean before the date the entries have been started posting in your system .In that case error could have been occoured . If still you get the error the let me know

    To: mbskapil,

Im not sure know enough about MRP/MPS run process in NAV. I might made some mistake in perform it.

Could you show me simply about MRP/MPS run process so I can run it well.

I'v made the Item master and Pro.BOM for my product same "Bicycle" example in demo data.

    Wait reply from you.

    Hi huan, mbskapil,
    sorry to adding answer.
Check your machine center or work center planning calendar (recalculating it) and then adjust your machine center
or work center in your routing correctly by checking your operation sequences serial or paralel
concurrent capacities, capacity and lot size must be match with capacity planning calendar.
I consider that your production schedule day that you calculate using MRP/MPS (planning worksheet) is not match with your machine center/work center planning calendar. This is caused by inavaialable capacity of your machine or work center in the production schedule day range calculated in the past because backward is the calculation from the due date of production backward to the past of current day. The solution is mentioned above.
