How to deisgn Customized HELP

Please can anybody help me with this.
I want to design a customized HELP that can be integrated into Navision application which is different from standard HELP that come with Navision. So that if a user press F1 key or click on Help button on any form, a help window will be displayed showing 'What to do and how to go about it' for all forms and fields.
Urgent response would highly be appreciated.
