Warehouse Management - Inbound Production Bin

I'm new to the Warehouse Management System and have a question about the Inbound Production Bin field on the WMS - Setup card.

The documentation states that this is the bin where parts are sent for production usage. On a daily basis, we move parts into the Inboud Production Bin using the Movement Worksheet. We then post parts consumption entries that are recorded in the Item Ledger Entry table. But, when I go to the Item Card and look at Bin Contents, the Inbound production bin is not flushed.

Does anyone understand how the process of moving parts to the production bin and having that bin get flushed at consumption is supposed to work? I'm hoping I missed a setup value.
