Converting Document Type from V2.5 to 4.0

I am converting Nav 2.5 data to 4.0. In 2.5 Document Type (specifically from Cust. Ledger Entry table is a character containing descriptive values like 'Invoice', 'Credit Memo' etc.
In 4.0 it is, more sensibly, a code, i.e. 1, 2, 3 etc.
In order to convert this properly I thought there may be a lookup table or something to indicate what the values mean.
Anyone know what the values mean, and how did you find out.
TIA

Are you looking at from SQL? Because when you look at it from Navision, it's represented as option fields (picklist, fields with enumeration values). Just go to Table Designer, press Shift+F4 on the field and look at the OptionString property.0
