Credit Card Transactions In Navision

Hi All!

How can we process credit card transactions in Navision Financials?

Customer is not willing to purchase any add-on for the time being.

As a matter of fact, I want to know if there is a workaround to perform credit card transactions.

    I would get addons. Building your own solution will cost more. Otherwise, they can do it outside of navision. There is authorize.net where you can just go do cc transactions. In navision they will set payment method as CreditCard and Payment method should hit a gl account.

    If I create a Payment Method for Credit Card as suggested, it will only apply to entries related to all payments made by credit card.

    What about any interest chargeable on credit card?

    By interest you mean charges that CC company takes on each sale? For those entries You would have a vendor representing cc Company and you would create an invoice and pay the Vendor.
