Am going for Navision Exams Solution Development next week, n would very much appreciate a little help 4rm u..

I need some notes on menusuites coz i cant find anywher.

    What is it exactly you need to know or do you want general information?

    Have you tried playing with it yourself?

    You can also use the searchfunction on this forum on the menusuite and read other discussions to see what issues there are with menusuites.

    Good luck with your exams.

    if you cud answer these questiuons on menusuite:

    1. How menusuite changes are stored?
    A. Each change is stored as a complete list of menu and items and replaces the previous level
    B. Changes are stored as the difference between the previous menusuite level and the current one
    C. Only one menusuite level is stored which consists of all menu items
    D. Menusuite changes are not stored

    2. Wich of the followings is Not characteristic of a menu suite?
    a-)it consist of a set of menu
    b-)A menu item is the highest level in the tree
    c-)A menu node can be either a menugroup or menusuite
    d-)A menu group contain a collection of menu nodes

    3. Menusuite contains a set of menus. A Menu contains content for a specific departmental area.

    Hi guys,

    The answer for 2 should be B because Menu Item is the smallest level in the tree. If you have the training manual (8359B) for Dev1, this info is in there

    Open the object designer, select Menusuite, select New. Then count the rows.

    i wonder no one questioned the worng option given in the question asking about the menu suite characteristics:

    ya i agree that option c is worng bcoz items are the lowest levels of the tree but the option b is not right either..

    correct answer - - A menu node can be either a menu group or a menu item.
    but the option is given that

    A menu node can be either a menu group or a menu suite.
    so even b should be worng
