Error on "Make Orders" from Order Planning

When I try to create a Sales Order from the Order Planning, using the button "Make Orders", and selecting "the Active line" or "the Active Order", I get one of those errors that appears saying that it's necessary to use a COMMIT before doing certain actions.. is this a standar bug?
I'm using SQL 4.01.

Actually you only can create using purchase order, production order and transfer order make order button in order planning.

Actually you only can create using purchase order, production order and transfer order make order button in order planning. But actifying the debugger if in the future you face dome problems
