Navison MS Outlook 2003 exchange

I have very big problem. I'm new user of Navison system. I'm going to send email's through navison. So I've added a new account to my serwer 2003 and created an email account in exchange for them. In navison I've connected one salary man and his folders (contacts etc...) with folders and account in exchange. But when I try to send an email from navison an error is occured - navsion is going to close and there is only a window to send info to Microsft company. Please help me to find the solution of this problem.
