E-MAIL error in Navision 4.0 Outlook 2003

Hi All,

I'm facing a strange problem,
I'm using NAV 4.0 Outlook 2003 (no service pack applied),
when I try to send a mail using my local Navision DB it works as a charm, but when I try to send the mail accessing our Navision sql server it prompts out the following error message,
"Could not create an instance of the OLE control or Automation server identified by GUID={03BC4F50-2ABB-48B3-B2A6-3F08EB1D013E} 1.7:{4DD4A3AB-B2FB-4852-A2C8-7C4691C536EA}:'NS Outlook Synchronization Handler'.OApplication
Check that the OLE control or Automation server is correctly installed and registered."

When I try to do same installing Outlook 2003 SP2, it prompts out the following message,

Error setting the UnRead value

Does anyone has any clue about this, version of OLHandler.dll is 4.0.1.21666.

Simple install. For Clinet
Navision Toolbar for Outlook...
And thats that.....
For Version Navision 4.0 SP1 you will need OLHandler.dll from SP3 or 4.0
