Change a FOB file before import?

Hi everbody!

:-k
I have a little question regarding an import of a fob file, with objects in the ID range 123550000 -->. The problem is, that I do not have a license that allow me create/import obejct above 99999. If I had the text file, I could easily change the object id to something between 50000 and 99999. The Import Sheet doesn't allow me to change the ID. I tried to open the FOB file in Notepad and change the IDs that I found, but then during the import I get this error message:

"There is a syntazt error in the import on line1, in position 0: From 50000 Seminar Card...
A new object should start here." [-(

The FOB files I try to import, is the full Case solution to Devleopment II. I think some guy at MS have used a higher license (perhaps a 3), and I've got a 4-license. [-X

:?: :?: :?:
Is there some tool for opening a FOB file before importing or maybe a work-around? Perhaps someone got the full case solution with the correct object ids?
:?: :?: :?:

No there isn't. But you should be able to import the fob anyway.

    1) You cannot change objects ID in FOB
    2) You can still create the objects through importing fob even though your license doesn't allow to create the objects in this range
    3) If the objects are in range 123,456,700 through 123,456,799 it means that MSDN license was used.

    Thanks for the help :) =D> =D>

A month ago, I tried to import the fob files but was refused as my license didn't allow to import ids in that range. ](*,)

Suddenly it works.... Well maybe its because we had a change in our license recently. #-o
