How to Import/Export into .XML files

Have you tried to use dataport or XMLport in the object designer..? another way is to use online F1 help or search the forum in this website.
Also, specify your detail problem here, if still find difficult.

I have a table Test Cases.I want to export test case to the XML file...and similarly import test case frm the .XML file....

I m new to navision.I want to know the whole procedure.of Import/Export to XML files...
