Position of toolbox

I positioned the toolbox just outside the screen and now I can't move it anymore because I can not reach the top of the box with my mouse.

Is there any way to get the toolbox to another position without using the mouse, changing a registry setting or something ?

I think that deleting the zup-file is the only solution to this.

Don't delete your ZUP file. When you have the Toolbox selected hit <Alt><Space> then "M"; use the down cursor key on the keyboard to move the Toolbox down to where you can get at it. Then hit <Enter> when you are done.
