Importing Content of Attachment Table into MS-Access

Hello,
we are using NAVISION 4.0 and an Access-DB that gets Data from Navision via ODBC for our external User (so they can see Information without beeing online).
I tried to import the Attachments (Cause of the Interactions) to this Database. If I store Navision-Attachments external I can Import them. But I want to store Attachments in our Navision DB.
Does anybody know how to read the Attachments(Word Documents) into an OLE-Object ?
