Hallo!

I currently fight with some questions concerning the Navision Inventory functionality.
One customer asks me to analyse the different inventory methods that are cited in the literature (annual inventory vs. permanent/ongoin inventory) in relation to Navision. I have to evaluate the possibilities in Navision to assist the user
i.e.
-the possibility to use a Scanner connected via an interface
-Navision can choose bin locations with only a few articles left (that are easily counted)

I would be lucky if someone could help me with my brainstorming

My opinionis as follows:
- You can use item cross reference or identifier if you want to apply scanner result in BAR code but there is an interface needed, but I have no idea if Navision is able to used using RFID. I've heard it's only AXAPTA that can use RFID, is that what you mean..?
- There is a bin contents in the item card, could it be a useful field for your case..? I thought you have to know that

Scanners are not a problem.
