accessing buyer/supplier data from third party app

Hello
we are about to start integration of very specific application for product delivery and raw material receive with NAV. We have to:
- push delivery notes to Navision for billing
- use same data for buyers/suppliers
- use credit limits in our aplication (when credit is reached system will not allow printing delivery note)
What is recommended way of doing this ?

Either use it as an example or as an out-of-the-box tool if the current issues are not a problem to you or you can repair them.
