Routing Change in Released Production Order

Hi,

In the released production Order, by going to the routing, we can change the machine or workcenters according to the actual. Recently we received an error message saying:

"The Prod. Order Line does not exist.
Identification fields and values:
Status='Simulated',Prod. Order No.=", Line No.='0' "

We don't have Simulated Production Orders. Can someone tell me why this error is coming. We thought its a object problem. But by importing the object seperately into another database we found out that its working. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Just actifying debugger function and you can see what the error causes. This can be also seen from machine or work center task list whether the machine or work center has ever used in a certain routing of a product item in a simulated production order.

Thanks for the reply. I can enable the debug and try.

The problem is for all work centers and machine centers. There are no simulated production orders existing.

You need to check calendar planning calendar and recalculate it if the result of debugger is focused on the work center and or machine center. check also your shop calendar and all relates to capacity requirement planning.

I think that in 1 of the production-tables, there is a line with a blank prod. order nr. You need to delete that record.
