Hi, this forum is not about Navision CRM but Dynamics CRM; These are completely different products.
To use outlook synchronisation from Navision you need to activiate this on the salesperson setup card.
On the productcd there should be a Relationship Management.pdf. The outlook synchronisation is explained in chapter 8.
