Hello I am initial in CRM and I would like to know how to create appointments and tasks on outlook 2003 starting from CRM navision 3.7A

Hi, this forum is not about Navision CRM but Dynamics CRM; These are completely different products.

To use outlook synchronisation from Navision you need to activiate this on the salesperson setup card.

On the productcd there should be a Relationship Management.pdf. The outlook synchronisation is explained in chapter 8.
