Importing Interaction Log in RM

Has anyone tried to import interaction log into Navision?
If so, how do you do it? Did you import the interaction directly into the Interaction Log Entry table? Or is there a journal somewhere you put the log into then you "post" it?
We're trying to import phone calls into Navision RM.
