Navision Reports - Using Color

I'm looking for a way to add color to Navision 4.0 reports using shapes and labels.
What is the best way to do this?

Create the shapes in MSPaint. Save them as bitmaps. Create picture boxes in navision report and load the pictures for the shapes.

Yes, if you want colors in report, you need to use bitmaps to have them... :-/
