Hi All,
I would like to know if it is possible to track which users have entered orders into the [<prefix>$Sales Header] table, and also the [<prefix>$Sales Invoice Header] table once the orders have been posted?
Can you track this? Is this possible and how?
Thanks
David

From version 3.70, you can use Change Log funct.
But, if you are working with an "Attain" version (3.10 or 3.60), you need to develop your own fct to track changes.0 -
By track do you want to just see who entered the invoice?
or do you want some table populated.
If you zoom on the sales & sales invoice header you should see the User ID. You can add that field to the card.0 -
For posted invoice, there is a field called USER ID that keeps track of which user posted the invoice. On the sales order, there is no such field so you will need to create it.
However, the Change Log feature introduced in version 3.7 and later addresses this.Confessions of a Dynamics NAV Consultant = my blog
