Hello

Navision is crashing down daily and shows following event:
The description for Event ID ( 1000 ) in Source ( Microsoft Business Solutions-Navision ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: server.exe; 3.70.2.19516; 415cad42; dbm.dll; 3.70.2.19516; 415c9d94; 0; 0001ed1b.

This error always occures after several warnings with following event:
Error 33 in module 1. server.c(508)

Can anybody help me with farther information about those two events? Thank you!

Error 33 in module 1. See result of command 'net helpmsg 33'. This is your problem. Some process lock the files. For example some antivirus or backup program...

    Hi kine

    thanks for answering me.

I tried to do the command 'net helpmsg 33' but it wasn't able to be executed: "The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file"

Since I'm a very beginner in those mathers I don't know what I can do now.
