Suddenly no longer permission to certain fields

Hello!

I'm experiencing a strange thing in my Navision application. Suddenly last week, after months of use and no problems, I apparently lost some of my permissions to certain fiels. My developer is on vacation so I'm a bit on my own here.

I think the lost permission is general but if I e.g. try to open the "Service Zone Code" on the 'Customer Card' I get the following error:

It's the same with the 'Responsibility Center'.

Can anyone please direct me to where I should find the solution for this?

This can be the result of two things happening

1. There is a permission problem in your system, try changing the permissions.

2. You do not have this granule in your license, for this you'll have to contact your Microsoft partner.

Our license *was* changed about 3 weeks ago. My users just misinformed me saying the problem only had been there for 2 weeks but now they realize it's been 3 weeks. So it all makes sense.

May be the Permission synchronization will help you, try to synchronize the permissions for users...

Sorry, I'm not really a Navision guy but only in charge of the technical setup. So I wouldn't know how to do a sync like that.

However, I'm quite sure that the problem is the license. If not I might need your help on the sync.
