Hi, can annybody help.
My navision 4 SP1 navigation pane is streched accross the entire application area blocking all open forms. I cannot resize it. Have already tried deleting the zup file from the documents and settings folder.

There is a zupfile fix in the download selection. You can try using this.

Upgrade to SP2 will fix the problem ... (and also searching on this forum for already existing threats ...)

What errormessage do you get when starting the application?

As far as I know this is the only fix other than deleting the zupfile or upgrading to SP2

ERROR : The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135)

I already tried deleting the zup file... Can`t find anny on the pc, but I get the feeling there is one somewhere that is hidden or something.

I tried downloading the fix a couple of times. Cant get it to work

    OK,

The zup file is hidden in your documents and settings folder. You need to activate the option systemfiles or something like that when you do a filesearch.

You also need to close NAV before you delete or fix the zupfile.

Did the system file thing when searching, searched all application data folders for all users in the documents and settings folder. cant find anything, somewhere I am missing something.
But I`ll keep on searching, otherwhise i`ll try breaking the computer and telling the client that it was the computer failure, joke

It could be somewhere else if you've specified that in the shortcut you use to startup NAV.

    Have you checked this?

On my laptop the location is

    C:\Documents and Settings\Mark Brummel\Application Data\fin.zup

Nope it is not there, tried it. I found that there are profile folders for all the users on the server with zup files. Of course I do not have rights to acces those folders.

Ah, OK so you have to contact you system administrator about this I guess.
