E-mail problems with SP2 and outlook 2003 SP2

HI guys,

I am not able to send e-mails anymore with Navision 4.0 SP2 and Outlook 2003 SP2. When I use the standard form, Company Information, and enter my own e-mail address and press the mail button... nothing happens. Well, the system runs the codeunit but it results in nothing. I added a message to the codeunit to return the Error No and description and got this

Error No. 2690
Error Description : Error setting the UnRead value

Any ideas?

Hi! Got the same problem myself. The only solution I have found so far is to remove sp2 (outlook).

I've a case going with microsoft support regarding this problem but they haven't got a good solution yet.

First they gave me a new OleHandler.dll but that didn't work.
I also got some codeadjustment for codeunit 397 og 5064 but we still got the same problem.

They are still checking the problem and i'm waiting for an respons.

Known problem. Stay at SP1 until MS gets it all sorted out. I too have tried fixes to CU 397 with no luck.
