Thats right, that i must only synchronize the Logins if i have import changed tables?

Or in which cases i must start the synchronisation?

If you change a role on a user, you can do a syncronize for this user only (is mutch faster than a full syncronize).
If you add a new table, you must do a full syncronize of all users..

Adding new fields or change code should not need a new syncronize of the users..

Adding a new table and putting the table in some roles: you must synchronize the users that will use the table.

Adding new field sometime needs to run Synchro. - if the field is used in some SIFT. Than you need to sync the permissions else you do not have access to the SIFT table...
