Biztalk Adapters for Commerce Gateway

i had installed and configured Navision 4 and commecre gateway and Bioztalk server 2004.
the system check displays that there is connection to nas and the adapter is installed for both cronus runnig on native and purelook running on sql.
i have deployed the default orchestration from the commerce gateway cd .
but when i am trying to send a purchase order or any other document i get the message taht the message is sent but when i go to the event journal i fiond this mesage:"
The Messaging Engine has suspended "1" message(s) from adapter "FILE" due to failures in message processing. Please refer to Health and Activity Tracking tool for more detailed information on this failure."
does anybody how can i solve tyhis problem?

    i find out the problem.
    i swithched to 2003 seervr and i runned the iis service under the same account that runs the navison ,the BTS and the CG.
    when i send the PO i dont get an error message from the viewr but when i check on the hat i find "Delivered but not Consummed".
    Does anybody have a hint?

    i missed to add that after thime of retry the event conatin this message translated from french
    "The call to member Find failed. CGReqClient40 returned the following message:
    the object reference is not defined to an object instance"
