This is what I found on the webpage (for the first update and probably also the others):

You can also contact Microsoft Business Solutions Technical Support by telephone at (888) 477-7877.

So you have to contact MS to get the update.

well yeah, i've read them, but when contacting them they'll want to know why on earth do i want them, for what customer and what problem.. but it's not specific - i work with lots of different customers, and just want to have up to date kernel..
