We are running Navision 3.7 with some manufacturing modifications by a third party. I hope this problem is related to the standard Navision functionality and someone might have advice.
In a finished prod order / component / item tracking lines, I verified that 6 specific serial numbers were consumed. I see in the warehouse entries that these were posted in a consumption journal on 6/12.
However, in the item ledger entry table these 6 serial numbers have a remaining qty of 1. There are 6 different serial numbers that are physically on the shelf and have not been consumed in Navision that have a remaining qty of 0. In the item ledger entry table if I go to application, applied entries, these different serial numbers show a consumption entry to the finished prod order.
Does anyone know how these serial numbers might have gotten mixed up?
And how can I correct this?
