Can I post Job Entry via Journal ?

Dear

I would like to know is it possible to post job entry via journal such as General Journal or Payment Journal. I saw it have the Job No. filed, so it should can be used, but I can not post it.

Who have the solution, please let me know.

You Can post job ledger entry through Job Ledger not through Genral Journal or Payment Journal.

I agree with above answer/quote. you can see the journal in the resource planning module --> jobs --> job journal. you can post it either in the journal or through sales order or purchase order depends on your requirements

Dear,

No You can not post the job entry from General Journal or Payment Journal. You are not allowed to select any job on that window.Ne ways you can unhide that field or you can bring that field by Show field function but you can not select it.
