How to log-in Frx 6.7 for Nav 4.0

Dear all,
I am trying to use FRx 6.7 for Nav 4.0 but I cannot connect to the new company created. I have followed the intruction in the help file but I've got the message "FRx32.OFSIMain.CheckOFSIConnection". Pls. help me how to solve it.

Do you have a link where I can obtain this service pack.
My current version (just downloaded from PartnerSource) is 6.7.2013 which I presume is not R07.
I can't find any reference to this service pack.
