Menu Suite Visibility Problem depends on user

Dear All,

I want to control the visibility permission of menu suit in 4.00. Mens i
want that a group of user related to purchase area only able to see the
purchase menu in navigation pane window they don't see any other
menu in navigation pane window. Simillarly sales users just see the
sales menu in navigation pane window. Is it possible if yes please let
me know how i will control the visibility of menus in navigation pane in
4.0,4.01,4.02 versions.

->Go tu Navigation Pane Designer (Alt+F12)
-> Right click to Menu item.
-> Assign users
