error on license file(simultaneousls session)

Hi everybody
I work navision with cronus msdn license file(for test), and in database information maximum session is written 4, but sometimes in some client when I open database in sql option mode, I give the following error message:
your program license does not permit more users to work simultaneously. wait until another user has quit the program.

when I test on another client at this time, he/she could open the database without problem, sometimes I must be restarted the client and it is correct, but sometimes not, I was crazy with this problem, and I hope my real license (that I wil buy later) don`t have this problem.

Hi bita first of all u r using cronus licence.It doesnot give permission to work more than 1 user simultaniously.It shows for 2 session.Bt it runs only for 1 user and 1 user is default user.So,u use one user at a time.To work for other users u can install separate test database and separate licence file

Thanks, but why I could open database on the same time on another client? and I saw this error when none of the users in navision,

1,200 Session 2
1,420 Application Server 1
2,310 Web User /Each 1

SUM 4

It means, you must be able to connect with 2 clients.
