Merging mail list information from multiple databases

Is there a program or a service that I can use to merge information that resides in different databases? I want to keep them separate, yet be able to pull up and use the addresses from both lists when needed.

Is this on SQL? if yes, are the tables related? or do they look a like?
You can create a view that will look at both table.
